Carpeted Stairs
Older buildings many times still keep carpeting on their stairs. We vaccuum these areas to prevent dust balls and dirt from being tracked throughout the rest of the building’s carpeting.
Rubber, Cement, & Marble
Some buildings use a rubber padding over their stairs to prevent structural damage over time, while many simply keep bare cement or have a marble floor (which we mop and wax, if possible depending on the building).
Railings, Gates, & Doors
As you climb and descend a staircase, it’s common to use the railings as a guide to reach your destination. We make sure they’re sanitized and clean for your health, as well as gates and doors to enter and exit.
